OB/GYN ULTRASOUND at the FAIRBANKS CLINIC is the obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound practice of Joseph A Worrall MD RDMS.

DR. JOSEPH A. WORRALL MD RDMS

Dr. Worrall has practiced obstetrics and gynecology at The Fairbanks Clinic since 1966. About 25 years ago, he gave up delivering babies. When he decided to stop doing gynecologic surgery about 13 years ago, he began the study of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. He went to many meetings and courses, and passed the examinations to be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in obstetrics and gynecology. In addition to the sonography, Dr. Worrall does office gynecology.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1924, graduated from Cornell University Medical College in New York City in 1948, retired from the Regular Army with twenty years service in 1966, and has been here since. He is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Worrall is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
